Project Description

“It’s accessible & free. It helped me when other services turned me away”

We offer a friendly and non-judgemental ‘drop-in’ service where you can meet with a member of staff to talk about any issues that are troubling you or provide services to support you – such as counselling, housing advice, or our sexual health service.

You don’t need an appointment just check our opening hours here and come on in.

“Centre 33 are not like the others, they help no matter what, makes you feel good inside”

When you drop-in to Centre 33 in Cambridge, Wisbech or Ely, you’ll be offered a drink and a private space to have a chat with one of our workers.  We will listen to you, and help you find ways to sort out anything that is worrying you.  If you have a quick question, or just want to pop in and pick up a leaflet or use the internet, that’s fine too.

If you live elsewhere in Cambridgeshire then please give us a call, drop us an email or look out for our live chat times and we can help you that way.

Come in to chat about anything and everything and if we can’t help you ourselves we will point you to services who can.

Confidentiality
“I was made to feel really comfortable when talking to someone. The confidentiality acknowledges any problems I have – even if they seem small/silly.”

All Centre 33 services are confidential, which means that we will not tell anyone, without your permission, that you are in contact with us or what you tell us.  That would only change if we thought you or someone else was at risk of serious harm – if we did have to pass that information on, we would always try to talk to you about that first.
