St Ivo students use their enterprise skills to raise money for Centre 33 2018-06-06T09:25:38+00:00

A big thank you from Centre 33 to the staff and Year 11 students of the Cambridge National Business & Enterprise Group at St Ivo School for the fundraising event they organised raising £109.88 for Centre 33. Students kindly chose Centre 33 as their charity to benefit from enterprise activities for their assessed coursework which required them to plan and run a business day with only £50 start-up capital. There was a pick n mix stall which not only sold out but made an excellent profit margin. They also organised a ‘get Ben back’ event where students and staff gunged Ben with water sponges and cold custard – he even had an ice bucket tipped over his head! We are extremely grateful for all of the support we receive from our community and never cease to be amazed at the imagination, enthusiasm and kindness of our donors and fundraisers.
