tell us what you think

At Centre 33 we believe that, as young people, you have a right to be listened to and to influence or make the decisions which affect your lives.

This means that we give you the opportunity to express your opinions about what we do, and that we are willing and able to take action and make changes as a result of what you say.

FEEDBACK

It is important to us that any young person who uses our services can tell us what they think, so that we can change and improve. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to complain if you are not happy.

We are also happy to receive feedback from anyone we interact with, including supporters, professionals and family members.

You can read more about our approach to feedback - and how to give your own - here.

To give us feedback you can email us on feedback@centre33.org.uk

To make a complaint or ask for a conversation in confidence, send us an e-mail telling us what happened and what you would like to happen. You can send it to hello@centre33.org.uk.

GET IN TOUCH

You are also welcome to leave comments in our comments books in our sites.

If you would just like to speak with someone about a problem you are having then that’s fine too.

Please email or call and we'll find the right person for you.
