Project Description

Centre 33 has over 70 volunteers working to provide support to young people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.  The roles are varied, some requiring qualifications and experience, others which are open to anyone with enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a commitment to helping young people achieve their potential. We can offer you time credits in return for volunteering, as well as training, support and other benefits.

The roles include:

Information Worker

Download a role description. These people work on the ‘frontline’ in Cambridge, Ely and Wisbech.

We are looking for Information Workers in Cambridge currently. Particularly on a Saturday morning. If you’d like to receive and complete an application pack for future openings please do get in touch.

Young Carers Worker

St Neots & Yaxley

We have vacancies for volunteers to support our St Neots Young Carers Group which takes place on alternate Wednesdays from 4-5:30pm and also for our Yaxley group


We are looking for volunteers in our Ely Young Carers Groups.

Milton and Fenland

We have a vacancy for a volunteer to support our Milton Young Carers group that meets alternate Wednesdays  6pm – 8pm.

Our March group in Fenland meets alternate Tuesdays from 5-6.30 and needs volunteers please.

These are volunteers who give their time to work together in a governance role. We are looking for a new member to expand our board of trustees with experience in Peterborough.
